
This is a recipe that was created “impromptu”. Basically with whatever I had in the fridge that day and it turned out delicious. I supposed big credit goes to the butter
BUTTER PRAWNS
What you will need:
- 8 oz of prawns (shelled, deveined)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1½ – 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes (add more if you want to)
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Instructions:
- Melt the butter in the skillet. Once butter starts to bubble, it’s ready
- Saute garlic until it is fragrant. Add in prawns and cook until they turn color and cooked
- Add in red pepper flakes and black pepper. Briefly cook and turn off heat
- Ready to serve
