butter prawns
This is a recipe that was created “impromptu”. Basically with whatever I had in the fridge that day and it turned out delicious. I supposed big credit goes to the butter 😉

What you will need:
  • 8 oz of prawns (shelled, deveined)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1½ - 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes (add more if you want to)
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  1. Melt the butter in the skillet. Once butter starts to bubble, it's ready
  2. Saute garlic until it is fragrant. Add in prawns and cook until they turn color and cooked
  3. Add in red pepper flakes and black pepper. Briefly cook and turn off heat
  4. Ready to serve
