CLEMENTINE CHIA PUDDING (2 serving as dessert)
What you will need:
  • 1 cup of low fat milk
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp of agave nectar
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg powder
  • 2 clementines
  1. If you have a drink container with a lid, it will be perfect to use to prepare the pudding concoction. If you don't, it's not that big of a deal too. If you use a drink container, then pour your milk, chia seeds, agave nectar and nutmeg powder in. Secure the lid and shake it to mix everything. You can then pour it out into serving bowls or cups if you wish. Cover with plastic wrap and let refrigerate for at least 4 hours. If you don't have a drink container with lid, pour your milk into a serving bowl or cup big enough to accomodate at least 1½ cup of liquid. Pour in the milk, nutmeg powder and agave nectar. Gently stir with a spoon until well-mixed. Slowly add in the chia and stir with spoon. It won't really mix together at first. It's okay, try to mix it as much as you can. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Get it out from the fridge about 1 hour later. The liquid will started to thicken already, give it a good stir and the chia seeds should mix nicely with the liquid now. Cover it back again and refrigerate for at least another 3 hours.
  2. When ready to serve. Top with some clementine and some extra agave nectar if you wish
