What you will need:
  • 1 lb boneless free-range / all-natural chicken breast/thighs
  • 8-10 fresh mushroom (sliced)
  • 1 green/red bellpepper (sliced)
  • ½ onion (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 bird's eye chili (seeded and sliced thinly)
  • 1 Tbsp of ginger (finely chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp DOM Benedictine Liqueur
  • 2 Tbsp of Sesame oil
Instructions:
  1. Heat wok with sesame oil. Saute the ginger until crispy and fragrant. Add in the bellpepper, onion, mushroom and bird's eye chili. Continue to saute until they are soft
  2. Add in the chicken meat and saute until they turn color and cooked through
  3. Add in the DOM Benedictine Liqueur and let it simmer for about 15 minutes to let the alcohol cook off
Notes:
The alcohol is "cooked-off" during the cooking process, hence it is safe to use alcohol in cooking while breastfeeding.
