What Can I say, we are seafood lover and we can’t imagine life without them. This is a very simple and delicious squid recipe you must try

SQUID WITH PEPPERS AND BLACK BEAN SAUCE (4 servings)
 

What you will need:
  • 16 oz of Squid (cleaned and cut into ring-shaped)
  • 2 big Jalapeno peppers ( seeded and chopped finely)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped finely)
  • 2 Tbsp of all-purpose flour + 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 Tbsp of black-bean sauce
  • 4 Tbsp of canola oil

Instructions:
  1. Heat wok with some oil. Add in garlic and jalapeno peppers. Saute until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes
  2. In a meantime coat each squid by tossing them in the all-purpose flour mixture
  3. Add the coated squids into the wok and let it cook for about 5-8 minutes
  4. Add in black bean sauce. Saute for a very brief while. Turn off heat and serve
