2 ½ - 3lbsof pork ribscut into individual rib and trim off excess fat
1-inchknob of fresh gingerpeeled
1large onionpeeled and halved
5clovesof garlicdiscard the extra papery skin but leave the whole garlic intact with its skin
Salt to taste
Sauce:
½cupof soy sauce
1Tbspof cooking oil
3Tbspof Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour it over the pork ribs and make sure they are coated with the sauce. Place them in the slow cooker along with the ginger, onions, and garlic. Let it cook for about 8 hours on the low setting. The meat should be really tender and flavorful. Have a taste and season with salt if needed. Discard the ginger, onion and garlic before serving. Serve the ribs with its sauce
Notes
You can even make this dish more complete by adding some potatoes and carrots. Cut them into big chunks and add them after 2 hours of cooking the pork ribs
