8ozbrie cheese
4-6ozof smoked wild salmon
1jar of Smucker's Fruit & Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread
Instructions
Toast the slices of bread in the toaster. You may choose to trim off the crust of the bread or leave it. Cut each slice into 4 squares or diagonally into triangles. I did both. Slice about 1/2-inch thick of brie and place on top of the toast. Roll thin slices of smoked salmon and place on top of the brie. Place a small dollop of Smucker's Fruit & Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread on top. You may garnish with fresh herbs like dill, mints, or basil leaves
