What To Cook Today: Smoked salmon canape

Smoked salmon canape (16 pieces)

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of stale bread I used Brioche, feel free to use whatever
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 4-6 oz of smoked wild salmon
  • 1 jar of Smucker's Fruit & Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread

Instructions

  • Toast the slices of bread in the toaster. You may choose to trim off the crust of the bread or leave it. Cut each slice into 4 squares or diagonally into triangles. I did both. Slice about 1/2-inch thick of brie and place on top of the toast. Roll thin slices of smoked salmon and place on top of the brie. Place a small dollop of Smucker's Fruit & Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread on top. You may garnish with fresh herbs like dill, mints, or basil leaves
