SESAME SEEDS COD FISH WITH FOUR SAUCES

Ingredients
About 1 lb of cod fillet
other suitable fishes: sea bass, salmon, grouper, tilapia

of all-purpose flour

egg

Cup
white sesame seeds
Marinade
1
stalk spring onion
finely chopped
2
slices
ginger
finely minced
½
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
pepper
½
tsp
sesame oil
Vegetable oil for deep fry
Sauce
1
Cup
of mayonnaise
1
Cup
of ketchup
Dash of Szechuan peppercorn
crushed- optional
Oyster sauce: Bring 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce + 1/2 Tbsp oil + 2 Tbsp of water to a boil
Mix all the sauces ingredients together and set aside
Instructions
Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towel. Cut into thumb sized thick strips. Mix well with marinade and set aside for a while
Dredge fish with flour, then coat with egg, followed by white sesame seeds
Heat oil and deep-fry fish over low heat until cooked through. Remove and drain well. Place on a serving dish
Serve with four sauces
