DENDENG DAGING BABI / PORK JERKY

Ingredients

of pork - feel free to substitute with chicken or even beef
Spices to ground:

shallots

of candlenuts/kemiri

of coriander seeds/ketumbar

of gula jawa / gula melaka / palm sugar

white pepper

tbsp
fish sauce

Seasoning:

tbsp
dark soy sauce
2
tbsp
light soy sauce
½
cup
coconut milk

Tbsp
of oil for cooking
Instructions
Cut pork into thin slices and marinate with the grounded spices and Seasoning overnight
Heat the pan briefly without any oil and pour in the marinated pork along with the juices. Saute on low heat until the juices and the pork cooked and dried up
Add 4 Tbsp of oil and stir fry briefly
Ready to serve
