Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup or more Great Grains Coconut Almond Crunch
  • Fresh fruit of your choice

Instructions

  • Place the oats, quinoa, and cinnamon powder in a medium saucepan. Add the milk and bring to a gentle simmer and let it cook on low to medium heat for about 20 minutes. The mixture will thicken and gets creamy. Remove from the heat
  • Portion the porridge into bowls. Top with Great Grains Coconut Almond Crunch, fresh fruit of your choice and serve
