Place rice, chocolate bananamilk, and salt in saucepan. Bring it to a boil and then lower the heat to let it gently simmer for the next 20 minutes. Stirring it off and on while cooking to avoid the rice sticking to the bottom of the pan. Stir in the brown sugar and continue cooking at low heat until the rice is slightly thickened and creamy, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. Once it cools down completely, stir in the chia seeds
Presentation:
If you want to showcase the beautiful colors of berries, you can slice them thinly, but not too thin that it will break. Arrange the berries around the side of the glass jar then scoop some rice pudding into the middle of the jar. Continue arranging another layer around the side of the jar and then scoop some rice pudding into the middle of the jar. Continue until you reach the top. You can even decorate some slices of berries on top or sprinkle some granola on top or whatever topping you like such as peanut butter powder, raisins, nuts, etc.
If not for immediate consumption, you can seal the jar with lid and they are good up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Don't sprinkle granola if you were to keep them in the refrigerator as they will get soggy
