Small bunch of fresh cilantro leaves - optionalfinely chopped
Spicy sweet chili sauce:
½cupof sriracha chili sauce
3Tbspof brown sugar
Small pinch of salt
1Tbspof red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat your grill. Place the corns on the grill and brush with some butter. Let them grill until you have some light char on the corns. Turn them around as you grill and brush with more butter.
While the corns are grilling, place all the ingredients for the chili sauce in a saucepan and cook until it boils and started to thicken a bit. Remove from the heat and it will thicken further. Set aside
When the corn is done, brush with the chili sauce and let it grill for another minute. Sprinkle with some chopped cilantro if you wish and serve immediately
