Sauce:
1Tbspof tamarind paste mix with 1 tsp of water to form a thick paste
1Tbspof fish sauce
2Tbspof brown sugar
Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
Preheat your grill on medium heat. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, and honey together and stir until they are mixed well. Place the meat on the grill and brush with the honey mixture and grill for 15 minutes on each side or until the pork is cooked through and basting with the honey mixture as they cook. Remove from the grill and place on a chopping board and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing into thin strips
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients for sauce and stir until the sugar dissolves and set aside
Place the sliced pork in a large salad bowl. Top with onion, lemon grass, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, and chili. Pour the sauce you made over the salad and toss to mix everything and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves
