Place butter in a heat-proof bowl and microwave on high power for about 30 seconds and check, if it's not completely melted yet, stir and see if it melts. If not, you can add another 10 seconds or so. Let it cool down for about 10 minutes or so
Combine matcha powder with hot water and whisk to combine into a smooth thick paste. Add melted butter and pinch of salt and whisk. It seems like the two just won't combine at first, but just keep whisking and eventually it combines homogenously. Have a taste and see if you need to add more sugar to your sweetness preference or not
