QUID WITH PEPPERS AND BLACK BEAN SAUCE

Ingredients

oz
of Squid
cleaned and cut into ring-shaped
2
big Jalapeno peppers
seeded and chopped finely
2
cloves
of garlic
chopped finely

Tbsp
of all-purpose flour + 1 tsp of salt

Tbsp
of black-bean sauce

Tbsp
of canola oil
Instructions
Heat wok with some oil. Add in garlic and jalapeno peppers. Saute until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes
In a meantime coat each squid by tossing them in the all-purpose flour mixture
Add the coated squids into the wok and let it cook for about 5-8 minutes
Add in black bean sauce. Saute for a very brief while. Turn off heat and serve
