Snacks play a big part in our family. It’s not uncommon that this question pops up in our house “Anything for me to snack on?”. I love to snack myself. Easy to prepare snacks will definitely be a big bonus. Our family love RITZ Original Fresh Stacks. They are conveniently packed in individual 8 stacks, which I love because I can just put them inside my bag or lunch boxes. We love them plain. We love them stacked too. Sky is the limit when it comes to the choices of what we can stack on top of RITZ Fresh Stacks.

The serving size is 5 crackers/serving and so just the perfect amount for snacks. Here are my favorites with RITZ Original Fresh Stacks:

From left to right:
1. Ritz Original Fresh Stacks + spread of cream cheese + smoked salmon + fresh dill
2. Ritz Original Fresh Stacks + ricotta cheese + strawberry slices
3. Ritz Original Fresh Stacks + avocado slices + prosciutto
4. Ritz Original Fresh Stacks + ricotta cheese + slices of grapes
5. Ritz Original Fresh Stacks + tuna (tuna is mixed with mayonnaise, chopped parsley, parmesan cheese) + fresh cucumber slices

They are such perfect combinations for the taste buds and visually appealing in presentation. I can see these as snacks or fancy enough as appetizers for parties. They can be dressed up or down 😉

They seriously look much more complicated than the actual execution. Spread and stack… I just love it! The tuna combination involves few more steps, but nothing complicated. You can even make it in bigger batch and re-purpose it as tuna sandwich or wrap it with lettuce the next day.

Ingredients

  

• 1 box of RITZ Original Fresh Stacks
• Cream cheese
• Ricotta cheese
• Smoked salmon
• Few sprigs of fresh dill
• Thinly cut prosciutto slices
• 1 small seedless cucumber
• 1 ripe avocado pitted and sliced
• Fresh strawberries

For tuna combination:

• 5 oz canned tuna in water drain off liquid
• 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

 

For smoked salmon stack:

• RITZ Original Fresh Stacks + spread of cream cheese + 1 or 2 thin slice of smoked salmon + fresh dill

For ricotta cheese and strawberry:

• RITZ Original Fresh Stacks+ spread of ricotta cheese + slices of strawberries

For avocado and prosciutto stack:

• RITZ Original Fresh Stacks + spread of ricotta cheese + few grapes (you can slice them in halves)

For ricotta cheese and grapes:

• RITZ Original Fresh Stacks + 1 to 2 slice of avocado + 1 thin slice of prosciutto

For tuna combination:

• Combine all the ingredients for tuna and stir to combine
• Keep the skin of the cucumber. Use a shredder to shred the cucumber
• RITZ Original Fresh Stacks + spread of tuna + cucumber slices
