Your Baked Wontons look really tasty. (Personally, I refuse to deep fry anything…too messy!) I just spent about an hour browsing the Crystal Farms recipe pages. Wow! They have a lot of great ideas there too. I particularly like the Italian Egg Casserole (with mozzarella and parmesean) and the Slow Cooker Breakfast Stuffed Peppers (with marbled jack) recipes. I’m always looking for recipes for my book club brunches. (We always serve some variation of egg and cheese casserole because everyone loves that combo.) You must add your wontons recipe to their site!
I know right? They have lots of ideas there too! These baked wontons are very tasty and crispy!
Love all the Mexican flavors used in these wontons. They sound delicious!

I’m not surprised these disappeared in a hurry – I bet they would around my house, too! Especially love how you get that crispy texture even w/o frying!
I know. I love the fact that I don’t have to deep fry them yet they are so crispy
Wow! These look like the perfect appetizer to serve while entertaining. Love the fact that they are baked and not deep-fried too. I always think twice if I have to deep fry something.
