Traditional Chinese baked mooncakes are never our family’s favorite. They are lots of work and I have tried out so many recipes and failed that many times. Over the years I decided to forget about those traditional baked mooncakes. Instead, I have so much fun making these 6 different varieties of mooncakes that you can easily make at home. Some are baked, some are cooked on the stove, some are sweet and there is one that is savory (my favorite of all!). You gotta check them out!!
