Ham is one of the foods that many of us must-have on our tables to celebrate Christmas. It’s the tradition. Even when I got the smallest possible ham, I still end up with some leftovers. While they can be easily used to make sandwiches, they can be repurposed beyond just sandwiches. From rice, noodles, casseroles, soups, and they don’t have to be complicated too. I’m sharing some ideas here you can easily swap out the meat or seafood with your leftover ham and you just made yourself something new.

For use in banh mi sandwich: Slice the ham into the thickness and the size you like for the sandwich
